Our beautiful cottage home!
Our home is on the corner of Greek Row here at UPS. Living in this house, we reap all the benefits of on-campus living, while still having the luxury of a home!
The house consists of single and double rooms, a great room, a large basement, a kitchen, a laundry room, and an attic for storage! There are bathrooms in each hallway, and a guest bathroom in the main area, all with showers. Members are encouraged to use the kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and plenty of cabinet space for personal storage. Whether it is watching movies in our cozy great room, playing Just Dance in the basement, or doing homework on the front patio, we love to spend time in our home!
Membership
Membership dues are billed each semester. For active members, they are about $500 per semester. This covers the entire cost of your membership experience including International dues, International Technology fees, Panhellenic dues, housing fees, all fun events, and merchandise!
New Member dues are only billed during your first semester as an active member. These dues are slightly more expensive, approximately $750, as a one-time fee. This covers all initial costs such as New Member fees, Panhellenic and International Entry fees, and one-time merchandise costs.
We offer internal payment plans within our chapter to assist with the cost of dues, and there are numerous opportunities to apply for International scholarships!
